A weekly tour of homes for sale in Baltimore, Real Estate Open House was the first show if its kind on the East Coast. Taking real estate to TV was a novel idea in 1986, and Real Estate Open House paved the way for a complete shift in news and information regarding home sales by giving the consumer the ability to“tour“ homes via video. The show was then expanded to four versions - Washington (WDCA), Southern Virginia (station unknown), and Long Island, New York (News 8 Long Island). It was the first of its kind east of the Mississippi, and thus should be included in the database for historical reference.

Henry Fonda narrates this documentary short film produced by the United States Department of Defense as a recruiting tool for women to join the armed services. Women's training, social life, and living situations are depicted, as well as a wide variety of jobs in which women could serve in the various branches of the military. Secretary of Defense Robert A. Lovett speaks to the importance of women as part of the national defense, and General Matthew Ridgway praises women for their service in combat-support functions.

Julie (Vivica A. Fox) and her teenage daughter, Maddie, rent a beautiful house on several acres of land from Charles, a real estate agent they know well and who lives nearby. However, after they move in, strange noises and occurrences lead them to suspect someone else may be living on their property. Andres Londono, Dorian Gregory, Alaya Lee Walton, Tom Sandoval and Gina Hiraizumi also star.
